Lamborghini Reventon

The Reventón is a mid-engine sports car produced in Italy by Lamborghini. It was the most expensive road car by the manufacturer until the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, costing $2 million (~£840,000). Its top speed was recorded in Dubai at 221mph. Only twenty vehicles were sold to the public, with one additional car, 00/20, produced for the Lamborghini Museum.

Despite the new exterior, almost all of the mechanical elements come from the Lamborghini Murciélago LP640. According to the press, its streamlined exterior was "inspired by the fastest airplanes".
